Attending A Board Meeting

Before the Meeting
• Review the meeting agenda in advance.
• Arrive a few minutes early if attending in person.
During the Meeting
• Board meetings are open to all homeowners.
• Homeowner comments are accepted during the designated Owner Comment period.
• Please silence mobile devices.
• Treat everyone with courtesy and respect.
After the Meeting
• Meeting minutes are drafted following the meeting.
• Minutes become official only after Board approval.
• The most recent approved minutes are posted on this page.
