The Deerwood Homeowners Association was established in 1979, within Orange, County Florida. Our quiet community is located along East Orange County, near the natural surroundings of the Econlockhatchee River. Our community is only 15 minutes away from Downtown Orlando, Orlando International Airport and only 45 minutes from Cocoa beach!
